📋 Description

• Lead architectural and code-level performance initiatives for Elasticsearch.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Java internals and JVM memory management; concurrent, thread-safe, and
• Proven profiling/optimizing distributed systems; experience with flamegraphs, JMH, Rally.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems architecture, partition tolerance, and scaling of large
• Experience using AI or advanced tooling to accelerate optimization and automate benchmarking
• Ability to collaborate across functions and lead initiatives across multiple projects/teams.
• Strong autonomous work style with clear communication in a distributed setting.
