📋 Description

• Draft bid proposals, scope sheets, and inclusion/exclusion lists for client submissions.
• Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings, specs, and PDFs.
• Manage ITB process through PlanHub; issue invites and track coverage.
• Build line-item estimates in Contractor Foreman; handle change orders.
• Outreach to subcontractors; collect quotes and level bids.
• Coordinate RFIs; track responses and updates to bidders.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in commercial construction estimating, scope development, and proposals.
• Proven bid proposal writing with clear exclusions and allowances.
• Hands-on with Contractor Foreman; PlanHub experience a must.
• Digital takeoff tools: Bluebeam, PlanSwift, STACK.
• Google Workspace and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• USB headset, webcam; reliable internet and 1.8 GHz+ CPU, 4GB RAM.
