📋 Description

• Evangelize and simplify SRE practices across 300+ engineers.
• Identify reliability and performance opportunities proactively.
• Define and evolve SLIs/SLOs, monitoring and alerting standards.
• Scale production resources with resilience and cost awareness.
• Design and improve tooling and monitoring systems.
• Contribute to engineering guidelines on reliability and production excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with cloud environments (AWS).
• Build and evolve observability/monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk or similar).
• Scale production systems and web apps, incl. async jobs.
• Experience in high-growth/product-led environments.
• Ability to influence engineering teams on reliability at scale.
