Associate Cyber Operations Analyst – SOC Threat Management

📋 Description

• Monitor and detect threats: 24x7 SOC monitoring of events and suspicious activity
• Analyze security incidents: review alerts and reports to assess scope and impact
• Correlate security data: aggregate data from multiple sources to assess threats
• Support incident response: execute procedures and escalate complex cases
• Apply threat intelligence: assess risk from adversaries and vulnerabilities
• Collaborate across the SOC: coordinate with Threat Management and security peers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 1+ year in cybersecurity or 5+ years in cybersecurity/SOC operations with a related
• SOC expertise: understanding of monitoring, incident management and threat detection
• AI/ML knowledge: familiarity with AI/ML concepts for anomaly detection
• Network security: TCP/IP, IDS/IPS, traffic analysis
• Security platforms: hands-on with SIEM/SOAR and security automation
• Cloud security: familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP security practices
