Senior Manager, Clinical Site Payments Processes and Systems

📋 Description

• Own and improve end-to-end Clinical Site Payments processes globally.
• Standardize workflows, docs, checklists, FAQs, training, and governance.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to redesign or retire legacy processes.
• Lead training and knowledge management across onboarding and role-specific learning.
• Develop training on payment platforms, CTMS, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Power BI, and related systems.
• Configure clinical sites in vendor payment platforms for CTAs and budgets in internalized markets.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in clinical site payments or related pharma/life sciences functions.
• Strong knowledge of CTAs, budgets, invoices, payment schedules, reconciliation, site setup, and
• Proven ability to govern complex processes in global environments; scalable workflows and
• Experience with clinical payment vendor platforms and clinical trial systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Power BI.

• Annual base salary: $136,400–$181,400, with final compensation based on skills, experience
