Nursing Services Manager

📋 Description

• Oversees Wellness Coordination program and nursing operations in a region.
• Develops and monitors medical policies to meet licensing requirements.
• Ensure individuals receive quality, individualized health care management.
• Lead and supervise nursing staff and coordinate face-to-face visits per DDRS guide.
• Provide leadership and alignment with the organization’s mission and policies.
• Advise area directors on medical issues and nursing services for new consumers.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a current Indiana license.
• Strong writing and communication skills for documenting care and plans.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Successful background clearance required for onboarding.
