📋 Description
- Develop enterprise Dynamics 365 applications with Customer Service focus
- Architect, design, and implement Dynamics and Power Platform solutions
- Collaborate with security, identity, and networking teams to maintain a stable platform
- Lead solution design reviews and provide DevOps automation at scale
- Integrate external systems via Service Bus, Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, and data migration
- Support AI Builder and Copilot Studio integrations and post-production deployments
🎯 Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, architecture and design
- Azure services: Data Factory, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Logic Apps, Key Vault
- Copilot Studio, GitHub Actions for CI/CD, and C#.NET
- Iterative, agile development and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
