📋 Description
- Own the cost base and forecast for data center build-outs
- Validate build-outs tracking to plan; budget vs actual variances
- Maintain all-in unit cost of owned capacity by GPU type
- Partner to evaluate data center opportunities; assess TCO and incentives
- Pressure-test hardware cost assumptions with infra teams
- Translate delivery timelines into cash forecast; track prepays
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in data center or large-scale infra capex
- Operatingside or investing-side background in hyperscaler/colocation/data center ops
- Knowledge of data center cost stack: non-recurring, capex, power/cooling, opex
- Strong financial modeling; site-level TCO and scenario analysis
- Ownership of budget vs actual for large capital projects
- Ability to talk with engineers and translate to clear numbers for non-technical audiences
