📋 Description

• Develop and customize Salesforce in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Certinia PSA, connected to
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project leads, and PMs to refine requirements and translate
• Document architecture, API specs, and runbooks; review code with senior engineers and ensure tests
• Utilize AI tooling to assist coding; ensure code quality before merge and follow CI gates.
• Manage deployments through DevOps Center and handle production issues with logs and monitoring.
• Track development in Azure DevOps and manage tickets in Jira Service Management.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years on Salesforce with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
• API development on Salesforce: REST/SOAP, Connect REST API, or GraphQL.
• OAuth 2.0 knowledge: connected apps, JWT bearer and client credentials.
• Asynchronous Apex (Queueable, Batch, Platform Events) with governor limits and bulkification.
• Secure coding: CRUD/FLS, sharing, SOQL injection prevention, CORS/CSP.
• SFDX, Git, and source-driven development; experience with external system integrations.
