Lead Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead design strategy and execution for product pillars from discovery to delivery.
• Translate customer needs, business goals, and constraints into clear direction and roadmaps.
• Partner with product and engineering to define vision and align teams around outcomes.
• Drive design quality, usability, accessibility and design system alignment.
• Mentor designers and raise the design bar across multiple teams.
• Work in a fully remote, global environment with flexible collaboration hours.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience, with 2+ years in leadership/mentorship.
• Experience with SaaS, B2B, platform or complex digital products.
• Strong portfolio showing systematic thinking, craft and impact.
• Proven experience across lifecycle: research, IA, interaction, visual design, prototyping
• Exceptional visual/interaction craft, typography, grids, spacing and accessibility.
• Experience designing for AI-driven or intelligent interfaces and collaboration with ML/data teams.
