- Lead and mentor 3–5 HVAC design engineers
- Own end-to-end HVAC design for projects
- Review designs, calculations, drawings, docs
- Prepare DBRs and deliverables for clients
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants
- Attend meetings and provide technical updates
🎯 Requirements
- Strong HVAC design and engineering for building services
- Independent management of multiple projects
- Experience leading engineers and draftsmen
- Strong coordination and stakeholder skills
- Site visit willingness
- Excellent problem-solving and communication
