📋 Description

• Maintain apartment community in Boynton Beach, FL onsite.
• Turn apartments and resolve resident service requests daily.
• Work with AIR’s technology to prioritize tasks and assist residents.
• Provide service to residents and support team members.
• Follow processes for basic turns to prep for new move-ins.
• Adapt to varying community needs and seasons.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, in facilities/building environment.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, carpentry).
