New Grad Physical Therapist, Full Time, Home Health

📋 Description

• Visit clients in their homes to aid recovery after injury, illness, or surgery.
• Provide 1:1 direct care in patients' homes within designated territories.
• Assess mobility, gait, balance, strength, and endurance; conduct safety evaluations.
• Develop individualized care plans with manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
• Document observations and interventions using a digital touchpad/tablet.
• Collaborate with nursing and the care team on multidisciplinary plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Active and current PT license in Missouri.
• New graduates welcome; strong interest encouraged.
• Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned.
• Home health experience is welcome but not required; training provided.
