Lead Site Reliability Engineer - Active Directory

📋 Description

• Architect and maintain identity-as-code for global AD deployment
• Lead design of a resilient identity infra for cloud and on‑prem
• Own escalation for complex AD incidents and RCA
• Implement observability and alerting for directory services
• Govern least-privilege delegation and admin model
• Onboard apps to modern identity platforms (Okta, etc.)

🎯 Requirements

• Deep AD DS expertise: DNS, DHCP, CA, GPO
• Experience with AWS Directory Service or Azure AD/Entra ID
• IGA processes incl. automated user lifecycle, RBAC/ABAC
• GitOps for infra using Terraform, Chef, Ansible, or PowerShell DSC
• DIR/log analysis with SIEMs (Azure Sentinel)
• 10+ years IT/DevOps/Identity Eng; 2+ years in leadership
