📋 Description

• Onsite owner of the Locus robotic fleet at a customer site, monitoring health, activity, tasks, and
• Manage and optimize workflows to meet throughput targets and KPIs.
• Perform onsite robot troubleshooting and repairs to maintain uptime and stability.
• Conduct onsite testing, validation, and performance analysis to support product development.
• Provide structured feedback on system performance, usability, and edge cases for product validation.
• Analyze operational data (Throughput, UPH, Lines Per Hour, utilization) to generate insights and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related technical
• 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations, robotics, automation, or technical customer-facing
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, including picking workflows, labor management, and
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware or software systems, or strong technical aptitude to
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into improvements.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, especially in early-stage deployments.
