Senior Staff Outbound Product Manager - EmployeeWorks GTM

📋 Description

• Role: Outbound Product Manager for EmployeeWorks within ServiceNow's AI Native SKU portfolio.
• Own cross-BU AI native strategy, alignment, and customer deployment funnel/orchestration.
• Build and scale partner enablement programs and support infrastructure.
• Partner with product leadership, enablement teams, sales, services, and partners to drive adoption
• Lead development of capability narratives, ROI points, and business cases for enterprise customers.
• Drive strategic storytelling across executives, technical teams, and field resources.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in product management or GTM leadership in B2B SaaS or platforms.
• Proven cross-functional alignment and large-scale product launches.
• Experience building/scaling partner ecosystems, channel programs, or communities.
• Familiarity with deployment/orchestration or post-sale adoption workflows.
• Ability to influence across product, sales, services, and partner organizations.
• Experience in matrix organizations with ambiguous scope.
