🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficient in writing network services or asynchronous code in Rust
• Security-first mindset in system design
• Able to autonomously debug across OS, network, and application layers
• Distributed systems knowledge: RPC, Kafka, Event-Driven Systems
• Collaborate with product teams and own end-to-end systems
