Building Maintenance Specialist

📋 Description

• Support day-to-day office operations including building and property maintenance, project support
• Assist with building engineering operations; coordinate with vendors and subcontractors as needed.
• Support preventive maintenance and repairs for building systems and equipment; monitor and improve
• Contribute to trade-related tasks such as light carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting
• Oversee and inspect work by subcontractors to ensure completion and full functionality.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and summon additional assistance as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent or technical school and a minimum of 7 years related experience
• Certifications in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration systems, process controls
• Familiar with maintenance or facility operations including vendor management, safety, maintenance
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems with strong
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ownership mindset, proactive, collaborative, and committed to driving success.
