OTC – Cash application and Credit management (Executive)

📋 Description

• Location: Mumbai (Airoli)
• Working Hours: 8.5 hours/day (UK Shift)
• Role: Cash application, payment reconciliation, unapplied cash resolution, AR processes support
• Credit management: assess creditworthiness, monitor risk, set limits, and support working capital
• Collaborate with Collections, Credit, Treasury, and Sales to balance cash flow and risk

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Collections
• Working knowledge of SAP Finance module
• Experience in shared services/customer facing environment
• Understanding of SOPs, processes, tools, metrics, and Excel
• Good communication, verbal and written presentation skills
• Adaptability to a high growth, changing environment; self-motivation and change initiative
