📋 Description
- Principal liaison on project translating customer needs to implementation plan
- Lead detailed business discovery and recommend delivery approach
- Translate requirements and configure system (more complex than entry)
- Maintain strong customer relationships with clear communication
- Act as trusted advisor, align implementation with customer workflows
- Collaborate with project managers and training specialists to ensure on-time, quality delivery
🎯 Requirements
- Post-secondary education in accounting or technology preferred
- Foundational understanding of AI and enthusiasm to explore it
- Excellent communication, organizational and collaboration skills
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Consulting experience in software implementation, workflow analysis, recommendations, and outcome
- Ability to work in multi-resource project teams and meet milestones
