📋 Description

• Oversee electrical utility construction activities for launch facilities.
• Develop construction drawings, RFPs, bids, and subcontractor management.
• Design electrical systems and requirements for hazardous areas across disciplines.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
• Create and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Develop processes to optimize team workflow and responsibilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with electrical systems in construction, including analysis/design and field execution.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects with matrixed teams and multiple customers.
• Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary groups in fast-paced environments.
• Background in aerospace/orbital launch tech is a plus; PE license a bonus.
