Staff Software Engineer-Security Products

📋 Description

• Define Security Products Architecture across IAM, KMS, CSPM, and ISPM.
• Lead identity, key management, and posture integration for coherent security platform.
• Make cross-domain security platform decisions spanning multiple teams.
• Shape security posture strategy, CSPM and ISPM risk signals, and real-time enforcement.
• Drive adoption of security standards (OIDC, SAML, SCIM, OAuth Token Exchange, KMIP, PKCS#11).
• Establish cryptographic and identity engineering standards across Security Products.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years software engineering, 5+ years in security-critical systems (cloud/enterprise).
• Expert Go production expertise for high-scale services.
• Deep knowledge of identity protocols (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, SCIM) and access models (RBAC, ABAC
• Cryptography fundamentals and experience designing cryptographic systems.
• Experience with CSPM or ISPM and cloud resource models.
• Ability to design cross-domain systems where identity, key management, and posture signals
