Store Manager in Training (MIT)

📋 Description

• Act as Manager-on-Duty during shifts when the Store Ops Manager isn’t present.
• Supervise, train 2-5 team members in cookie sales and deliveries.
• Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff.
• Conduct initial interviews for hires when the manager is absent.
• Assist with ordering, inventory control and scheduling.
• Ensure staff uphold Insomnia Cookies standards and policies.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in a supervisory role in a restaurant or retail store
• Experience conducting in-person interviews
• POS systems experience
• Ability to use MS Office, Word and an Applicant Tracking System
• Available to work 4-5 days, 1-2 late shifts Fri-Sun
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States
