📋 Description
- Own and develop end-to-end labour demand model
- Translate demand signals into workload hours
- Ensure data-driven, fair labour allocation across markets
- Model daily, weekly, seasonal variations by store type/size
- Align demand logic with labour standards and planning outputs
- Collaborate with Controlling, Operations, Labour Standards, WM, Tech, Product
🎯 Requirements
- Labour demand modelling or workforce planning experience
- Translate demand drivers into labour requirements
- Strong analytical and modelling skills with large datasets
- Experience documenting models, assumptions, and logic
- Understanding of retail/logistics/high-volume ops
- Knowledge of drivers like traffic, transactions, omnichannel flows
