Sr. HVAC Controls/BAS Service Technician

📋 Description

• Troubleshoot and repair BAS control systems and field devices.
• Diagnose HVAC, mechanical, electrical issues in facilities.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections per service plans.
• Support controller replacements, upgrades, and system expansions.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for uptime.
• Mentor junior technicians and support onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of BAS service experience.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting knowledge.
• Experience reading control drawings and sequences of operation.
• Experience commissioning and servicing DDC systems.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug testing.
