📋 Description
- Provide clinical care and education asynchronously to members
- Assist clinicians with prescriptions and labs, review state PDMP
- Collaborate to deliver lab/imaging results and handle medical requests
- Work with Member support to complete clinical forms
- Collaborate on specialty referrals and generate referrals as needed
- Participate in Quality Assurance activities
🎯 Requirements
- Active RN license (Strong preference for NLC compact states)
- Experience serving LGBTQAI+ community
- Clear, compassionate communication with patients and coworkers
- Commitment to FOLX mission and informed consent model of care
- Ability to answer questions thoroughly and connect to resources
- Excellent decision-making and communication skills
