📋 Description

• Coordinate workloads and programs for Infrastructure team
• Support on-call scheduling across global timezones
• Own ways of working and ensure standards are followed
• Manage internal risk register and escalations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years technical program/project mgmt in SW and Service Operations
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• Experience facilitating Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
• Analytical mindset; create processes to address ops challenges
• Strong interpersonal; influence without authority
• Excellent written and verbal comms for exec audience
