📋 Description

• Own four connected growth channels: Affiliates, Influencers, Podcasts and marketing Partnerships.
• Turn channels into a single engine delivering new patients with efficient CAC:LTV.
• Lead strategy, budget and team; hands-on with numbers and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance and brand safety across creators, affiliates and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in at least two of the four pillars; ability to build others.
• Proven programme you have scaled with measurable results.
• Experience hiring, developing managers and building a performing team.
• Strong commercial instincts: rate cards, commissions, partnerships.
• Data-driven: pull signals from big datasets and make calls with thin data.
• Regulated-category experience and knowledge of health advertising rules is a plus.
