Production Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and manage daily workshop ops across fabrication, welding, carpentry, paint, assembly
• Develop/monitor production schedules, resources, priorities to meet milestones.
• Collaborate with Design/Engineering/Procurement/PM/Installation for seamless execution.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and process improvement to boost productivity, quality, cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, quality standards, company procedures.
• Monitor KPIs, labour use, material consumption, and adjust as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as Production/Manufacturing Manager in fabrication, engineering, or bespoke
• Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, machining, assembly, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in production planning, capacity management, workflow optimisation, scheduling.
• Understanding of Lean, 5S, RCA, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specs.
• Strong leadership, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range: £45,000 - £55,000 GBP
