📋 Description

• OT for Early Intervention and Pediatrics in Delaware
• Flexible schedule; part-time (25+ visits/week) or per diem (5 visits/week)
• Deliver therapy in natural environments (homes, childcare, playgrounds, libraries)
• Coaching-based family partnerships; empower caregivers with tools
• Weekly scheduled visits with electronic documentation
• Supportive organizational environment with clinical resources

🎯 Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing
• Birth-to-Five and/or Home Care experience preferred
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care
