Onsite Support Engineer, Robotics (2:30PM-11:00PM ET)

📋 Description

• onsite support for Array autonomous picking solution at customer location
• ensure operational success, validate system performance
• liaise between Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Engineering
• responsible for daily monitoring of system health and throughput KPIs
• conduct onsite testing, validation, and performance analysis
• provide structured feedback on usability and edge cases

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 1+ years in warehouse ops, robotics, automation, or technical customer-facing roles
• familiar with warehouse operations and productivity metrics
• hands-on troubleshooting hardware or software
• strong analytical skills to translate data into improvements
• ability to work in fast-paced, early-stage product deployments
