• Hybrid Client Service role in Guidepoint’s network of 1.75M experts
• Recruit experts, perform outreach, and prepare expert profiles for clients
• Independently research public sources to identify relevant experts
• Manage multiple client requests with strong execution and prioritization
• Collaborate with a team to deliver fast, high-quality client experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, 3.0 GPA or higher
• AI fluency and experience using AI-enabled tools for research and writing
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly, with data quality and confidentiality in mind
• Curiosity about emerging technology and willingness to learn new tools
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Strong communication and time-management skills
