Engineering Manager, Compute Components

📋 Description

• Lead the Compute Components team within the HPC group.
• Coach and manage engineers, align delivery with roadmap, and scale the team.
• Partner with Staff Architect and Platform Engineer on technical direction and planning.
• Ensure design-flow robustness and maintain build systems, simulation, and delivery pipelines.
• Support hiring, interviews, and career development for team growth.
• Work in a hybrid model on-site in San Jose three days/week.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE or related field.
• 3+ years engineering management with FPGA, embedded, GPU, or hardware-adjacent software background.
• Hands-on experience in FPGA/GPU or related software development.
• Track record shipping complex hardware-integrated systems on time and with quality.
• Strong ability to grow and retain engineering talent; excellent communication to leadership.
