Sr. HVAC Controls/BAS Service Technician

📋 Description

• Troubleshoot and repair BAS control systems and field devices
• Diagnose HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and controls issues
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• Support controller replacements, upgrades, and system expansions
• Remote diagnostics and customer-facing service

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of BAS service experience
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting knowledge
• Reading control drawings and sequences of operation
• Experience commissioning and servicing DDC systems
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Pass background screening and drug testing
