- Strategic partner to enterprise customers in HCLS
- Drive AI adoption across Claude capabilities (Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, API)
- Guide customers on usage growth, value realization, and expansion
- Partner with account teams to tailor best practices for customers
- Provide guidance on change management and enablement initiatives
- Own outcomes-based customer success plans and reviews
🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in Customer Success, Technical APM, or Solutions Eng
- Experience with HCLS customers
- Deep understanding of HCLS regulatory, risk, and compliance needs
- Technical fluency: AI/ML concepts, API integrations, software deployment
- Experience with consumption-based and seat-based models
- Strategic, growth-minded with strong cross-functional collaboration
