📋 Description
- Senior Workday Consultant to lead design, implementation, and optimisation of Workday solutions
- Own complex functional/technical topics and guide junior consultants
- Lead workshops with stakeholders and ensure high-quality delivery
- On-site role with 5 days/week in Manchester or Inverness
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 3 years as a Workday Consultant (HRIS, LMS, or Performance Appraisal)
- Mandatory Workday Core HCM certification; additional certifications desirable
- Strong HR processes knowledge and Workday configuration experience
- Analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading workshops and guiding teams
- English proficient; must be on-site 5 days/week in UK
