📋 Description

• Lead and execute customer technical projects for Airbyte solutions
• Guide customers through journey with hands-on support
• Deep Kubernetes troubleshooting in production
• SQL, CDC, replication, and data synchronization know-how
• REST APIs, OAuth/JWT, webhooks, JSON troubleshooting
• Advise on integrating AI agent tooling alongside Airbyte

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role
• 2+ years in a startup environment with data infra
• Hands-on with one or more AI frameworks
• Exposure to AI agent frameworks and prompt engineering
• Proven product impact and strong onboarding focus
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
