📋 Description

• Lead and scale Baseten's internal technology function.
• Own corporate IT infrastructure, Helpdesk, identity management, device lifecycles, and vendor
• Build automated, enterprise-ready IT operations to support rapid growth.
• Ensure secure, frictionless technology experience for all employees.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years IT leadership experience; 2+ years as Head of IT/IT Director a plus.
• Deep expertise in Zero Trust, IAM/SSO (Okta, Google Workspace), MDM (Kandji, Jamf), HRIS
• Vendor negotiations, hardware/logistics, license consolidation, IT budget ownership.
• AI-first mindset and ability to leverage modern tooling to reduce headcount expansion.
• Process engineering to build enterprise processes with metrics and improvements.
