- Experience in MSP/MSSP, consulting, or services-based environments.
- Strong ability to communicate complex security topics in plain English.
- Proven leadership of programs, technologies, or transformations.
- Experience aligning cybersecurity with business outcomes and customer experience.
- Ability to influence without relying on formal title and to lead in ambiguous situations.
