RPA & AI Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and ship FC app features: dashboards, planning, slotting, roster and workflows.
• Develop AI-powered solutions and agents for FC ops with evals, guardrails, observability.
• Collaborate with FC leadership to prioritize automation and data integrations.
• Expand AI/automation across FC operations and communicate timelines.
• Use tools like Cursor, Claude Code, AWS Bedrock, and n8n to ship quickly.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS, Eng, IT, or related field.
• Full-stack skills: Python, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript; integrate systems and APIs.
• AI-assisted development: AI agents, LLMs, prompt engineering, orchestration tools (n8n, Agent SDK).
• Strong partnership and delivery skills; translate ops needs into software.
• Self-motivated, adaptable; fast-paced, ambiguous environment; ecommerce/fulfillment experience a
