Manager, Billing & Accounts Receivable

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end SMB and Enterprise billing and AR in a fast-growth startup
• Build scalable billing/invoicing processes for high-volume SMB and DSO
• Lead AI/automation initiatives to reduce manual work in billing
• Partner with Sales, CS, Legal, RevOps, and Data to align terms and automation
• Manage and grow the Billing/AR team and reporting capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in billing, AR, or collections in fast-paced environments
• Experience building AR/billing systems from scratch
• Proven ability to handle SMB/subscription and Enterprise billing
• High urgency, strong Excel and ERP/billing tool skills
• Clear, professional communication; bias toward automation
• Comfort translating deal terms into accurate billing setup
