📋 Description

• Provide direct client care and in-classroom social-emotional support
• Conduct crisis management and de-escalation when needed
• Collect data and observe student progress
• Assist with classroom management and structure

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field
• 2+ years in a mental health setting with youth (5-18)
• Experience with crisis management and continuum of care
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with students, families, and community agencies
• Confidentiality and professional boundaries
