Weekend Night Nurse (LPN)

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 LPN care to pediatric and adult clients
• Travel to a client home for scheduled shifts
• Follow up, document, and execute doctors' orders
• Flexible scheduling with various shift types
• Experience with assessments and monitoring conditions
• Build client relationships and track milestones

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current LPN license in good standing
• Ability to provide care in a private duty/home setting
• Experience with documentation and healthcare documentation
