📋 Description

• Installation Specialist ensures POS installations and site readiness for SpotOn clients, via
• Travel to client sites as needed to install hardware and train staff.
• Mentor junior specialists and support project teams to improve installation efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years restaurant and/or technical support experience
• Hands-on POS hardware installations in QSR/restaurant environments
• Strong networking skills: wiring, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, troubleshooting
• Ability to conduct client-facing walkthroughs and staff training (Zoom/in-person)
• Fluent English; bilingual Spanish required
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
