- Inbound/outbound calls and inquiries; provide empathy and efficient service

- Adhere to scripts, dialer workflows, and productivity targets
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years in health-plan/customer service or outbound role
- 1+ year in healthcare contact center or outbound setting
- Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving
- Experience with CRM and Microsoft Office; ability to learn quickly
- Team player with ability to work independently and handle pressure
