📋 Description

• Lead architecture evolution of IRIS and drive technical decisions for the product roadmap.
• Integrate IRIS with dental imaging hardware and third-party device ecosystems.
• Reduce engineering toil through tooling and structural improvements.
• Ensure reliability and correctness in a production system used daily in clinical settings.

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience with Windows systems development — process management
• Strong in C# and .NET; proficient with async programming and cancellation patterns at scale
• Reliability and correctness mindset in production software
• Ability to make architectural decisions that benefit future engineers and build scalable tooling
• Familiarity with AI tools and debugging/diagnostics approaches to systems development
