Systems Operations Support Analyst

📋 Description

• On-call, off-hours operations support for fulfillment platform and systems
• Monitor health of systems, respond to alerts, troubleshoot issues
• Investigate incidents across logs, DBs, APIs, and code

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in software engineering or systems support (WMS/OMS)
• Experience supporting fulfillment, warehouse, and supply chain systems
• Intermediate Python
• Intermediate SQL for investigation/data analysis
• Experience with JSON APIs
• Strong English communication
