Product Manager - AI

📋 Description

• Partner with business SMEs, engineering, data, ML, and enterprise teams to translate needs into AI
• Help establish reusable platform components, tools, workflows, data-access patterns, and governed
• Shape and scale Berkadia’s standalone AI app into an enterprise platform for designing
• Champion the product vision, roadmap, and operating model for an enterprise AI platform.
• Guide delivery of AI-enabled solutions that improve CRE-related workflows and business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product-management experience delivering software in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with AI-enabled products, generative AI, LLMs, and agentic systems.
• Strong SDLC and Agile knowledge, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, and data governance patterns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate complex business needs to technical
