📋 Description

• Lead and support deployment of Apple devices across a large-scale environment using Jamf Pro and
• Determine guidelines for a flawless end-user experience while maintaining security and compliance.
• Act as primary authority on Apple device management across Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast.
• Collaborate with teams to reimagine brands and enable experiences that spark joy and community.
• Provide technical problem-solving support and work with diverse stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience coordinating Jamf Pro in enterprise environments with multi-sites and 1,000+ devices.
• Strong macOS and iOS/iPadOS device management knowledge, configuration profiles, and MDM concepts.
• Experience with ABM and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE).
• Scripting proficiency for automation (Bash, Python, or similar).
• Familiarity with extension attributes, smart groups, and user mapping attributes.
• Experience with Jamf Pro API and API-driven automation.
