Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Review and negotiate various agreements (services, software, procurement, carrier)
• Provide general legal advice to support daily business
• Draft bespoke contracts (agency/referral, commission, etc.)
• Assist with dispute resolution and legal operations
• Support special legal projects and develop templates/guidance
• Review advertising/promotional materials and communications

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years PQE in contract review and negotiation of master agreements
• Qualified to practice in your jurisdiction in good standing
• In-house experience and IT/Tech industry exposure preferred
• Experience in sales-driven companies preferred
• Excellent negotiation and practical commercial drafting
• Regulatory/privacy/information security exposure is a plus
